Professor of Computer Science at Nantes University (France). His research focuses on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. He was the founding president of SIF (French Society of Computer Science). In 2021, UNESCO renewed the Chair he holds in "Open Educational Resources and Artificial Intelligence”.
Associate Professor of Educational Technology and co-director of the OER Lab at the Smart Learning Institute at Beijing Normal University (BNU, China). He also holds the position of visiting professor at UNIR University in Spain. Dr. Tlili has published many academic papers in peer-reviewed international journals.
He Works as a Senior Researcher in applied Artificial Intelligence with over 15 years’ experience at UNIR-iTED (Research Institute for Innovation Technology in Education), Enrique Frias-Martinez was rewarded for the best Ph.D. thesis from the School of Computer Science.

She has extensive experience in teaching qualitative research methodology, teaching and learning research, open education and openness as an emerging paradigm. Full Professor of computer sciences at ENSIAS Mohamed V University. He is IBM MEA University Instructor. His Current research & consulting focus on Big Data, AI, ML & IS. He has more than 90 int. Scientific publications, and he has been invited more than 20 times as keynote speaker in International Conferences.

He is also the director of Higher Education and Pedagogical Development at the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation. He holds UNESCO Chair on "Teaching Physics by Doing" and has co-authored several research papers and books.

Hanae is the chapter lead of Creative Commons, Morocco, and President of the Moroccan association for the development of scientific and technical information.
