Submission Standards
The ICAIOS 2024 is open to participants who want to share their research, work, innovative initiatives, and best practices. Their contribution should focus on scientific research developed by teams engaged in projects related to AI and OS. Thus; We welcome:
- Oral presentations (full paper required)
Selected papers for an oral presentation will be presented during the plenary session according to the selected themes. All papers will have a maximum duration of 10 minutes for presentation.
Papers selected for poster presentation must be exhibited the first day of the event. Poster authors will be invited to stand in front of their posters, to present their project and answer questions during Coffee breaks. Recommended dimensions for posters: dimensions 90 cm high by 80 cm wide max / vertical design.

The abstract must include research context, theoretical background, methodology, and results.Instructions for authors:Text font: Times New Roman 12.Title: Times New Roman 14 bold with 1.5 line spacingAuthors and affiliations: underline corresponding author.Authors last and first names: must be in lower case and in bold, and initials in upper case.Affiliation: Times New Roman 12 font in Italics with single spacing.Abbreviations: Must be defined use.Full papers can be either in English or French, and should be submitted in PDF format.
